Marbleous Garden, an oversize enchanted garden inspired by pieces of the Landscape collection by Rosenthal, where natural materials such as marble, onyx and limestone play with light and shade, emptiness and fullness.

The extra-fine textures are not just superficial decorations, but a proper bas-relief based on the idea of elegant viruses invading shapes. Characterised by different heights, concave, convex or visible only in transparencies, they represent a combination of traditional engraving techniques with modern CNC technology.

Natural colours and vegetation animate the setting. The installation is entirely made out of marble, onyx and limestone.

Lighting is internal to the objects and external to the structure. Almost all surfaces are fretworked or enriched with decorative patterns.

For this project Marsotto developed the seats – four elegant onyx poufs with embroideries on the surface.
